In March 2023, Teresa and I went on a trip that I had been wanting to do for many years, visiting some of the National Parks in Arizona and Utah, including stops at the Grand Canyon, Page, Monument Valley, Canyonlands, Arches, Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon and Zion.
We had expected the last two weeks of March to be the end of the winter and the start of slightly warmer weather, but were treated to more snow than we were expecting, and when it wasn't snowing, quite a bit of rain. It did mean that our planned route needed to be changed a bit to avoid road closures, but we managed to do the loop from Las Vegas anti-clockwise to see most of the sites, starting with the Hoover Dam, and ending up in Las Vegas for a few hours a little over two weeks later.
